Golf Village II is underdevelopment.

After the construction of Golf Village I, EMI decided to start developing Golf Village II. This development will be significantly bigger than EMI’s previous venture. It is estimated that Golf Village II will have a significant impact on the region, as sixty-three apartments and ten villas will be built.   

However, the accommodations will not alter the surroundings and its green environment, the rural character of the region will stay intact. This contributes to the atmosphere that EMI wants to create in this venture.

This is why EMI chose to go for a more modern but sophisticated design so that Golf Village II would truly blend in perfectly with the region. It is hidden alongside a golf course to give the impression of relaxation and being secluded while in fact, it is only 4km away from the city center.
